What a great turn out for the first training of 2009! To have 16 blokes at this time of the year, out running the icy streets was awesome. For all those that missed out it started off with a 3km time trial that was done in groups. After that the boys stayed in the same groups and had the time of their lives taking part in a scavenger hunt / orienteering activity. They competed against each other
